I’ve been training all my life, or at least I thought I was until I started Crossfit 2 years ago. Found out I wasn’t even close to what my full potential could be on power output. Pushing your body to the ultimate limit is what Crossfit does and no other training I’ve done has ever made me feel this way.

If I had never come upon this quote and the history of the Peloponnesian War I may be a different man than I am today. Upon entering the Virginia Military Institute, I came upon this quote again and thus began my pursuit of challenge and discipline within my life. Aside from earning my degree, I found enjoyment in training for collegiate boxing. In addition to the thrill of winning a match, I felt equal enthusiasm to train my body and mind for battle.
